Dr. Sparks has developed two proprietary assessments for improving individual, team and organizational performance.</p>
<p>The Actualized Leader Profile® (ALP) is a 40-item assessment that measures leadership style based on individual motivation. Building on the seminal work of Abraham Maslow and David McClelland, the ALP is designed to facilitate the personal and professional development of individuals by increasing self-awareness.</p>
<p>The Group Culture Profile® is a 20-item group assessment that measures the emotional intelligence and resulting &#8220;culture&#8221; of teams and organizations. Based on the work of Wilfred Bion and Jerry Harvey, the GCP measures the underlying emotionality of groups, allowing members to discuss concerns and issues in an open and candid manner. Both assessments are Internet-based and available online.</p>
